Social Queue Studio is operated by Social Queue Marketing LLC.
What We Collect
We process information you provide when you sign in, submit a brand brief or creator application, join a crew, or work on a project. This can include your name, email, business contact information, location, skills, portfolio links, brand details, scripts, uploaded media, feedback, approvals, and support messages.
We also keep session, security, and activity records needed to operate the workspace. Google sign-in supplies basic account identity; it does not give us access to your Google password.
How We Use It
We use this information to review requests and applications, manage access, coordinate projects and crews, provide files and approvals, respond to support requests, and protect the service. Authorized team members and workspace participants can access information relevant to their permissions and project roles.
We do not sell or rent contact details or share them for advertising targeting.
Connected Accounts and AI
If you choose to connect a social account, we process the account identifiers and access credentials needed for the permissions you authorize. Available features depend on the platform and granted access. You can revoke access through the connected platform; contact us if you need help removing a connection.
When you use AI assistance, relevant instructions and project context may be processed by OpenAI to prepare responses, drafts, or recommendations. Do not include information you are not authorized to share. Optional AI preparation for creator applications uses written experience and equipment details and excludes contact details and the portfolio link. A person makes application decisions.
Service Providers
We use providers to run the service, including Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage and configured email delivery; Google for sign-in and address suggestions; OpenAI for AI assistance; and social platforms when you connect their accounts. Information necessary to provide the relevant feature is processed by those providers under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Studio uses browser storage and session cookies for sign-in, saved drafts, and interface preferences. External links and services have their own privacy practices.
How Long We Keep It
Our retention period for unconverted inquiries and unsuccessful creator applications is 12 months after the last activity. We review records for removal under this policy; deletion is not an automatic midnight cutoff. If a record becomes part of an active client or crew relationship, a project, or a dispute, we retain relevant information for that purpose and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup retention period expires. Records needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation may be kept longer.
Your Choices
You can update available profile fields and notification preferences in Studio. For access, corrections, account closure, or deletion requests, email info@socialqueuemarketing.com. We may verify your identity before acting and explain any information that needs to be retained.
Never email passwords, sign-in codes, or connected-account credentials. For questions about this notice, contact the same address. We will update this page when our practices change.
