STUDIO / HELP

Your Next Step,
Made Simple.

Start something new or pick up where you left off.

For Brands and Agencies

  1. Make It Yours. Sign in with Google, create your workspace, and add your business or first client brand.
  2. Bring Your Team. Invite teammates to the brands they work on. Each brand keeps its own projects and content.
  3. Start Creating. Plan content, review work, or request photos, videos, and production help for a brand.
  4. Keep Work Moving. Return to the same workspace for feedback, approvals, and finished files.

Managing More Than One Brand?

Open Your Brands to add a client or switch brands. Invite each teammate to the brands they need; they use their own account to accept your invitation.

Already Sent a Project Request?

Your existing request stays in place. Continue from your saved brief or the link your team shared. You don’t need to submit it again.

Before You Book or Publish

Production is quoted and confirmed separately. Your team confirms the scope, price, timing, and crew availability before booking. Saving a social draft does not publish it.

For Freelancers and Crews

Work independently, with a crew, or both. Start with your own profile, then create a crew or join one through an invitation.

How Crew Membership Works

A crew is a shared organization. Everyone keeps their own account, and its owner invites members to join. If your crew already exists, use your invitation rather than creating another one.

Our team reviews applications. Approval does not guarantee a gig.

A Change of Plans?

Contact your project manager before changing a shoot, scope, or delivery date. Your confirmed project agreement determines revisions, cancellations, refunds, and usage rights. Don’t assume a change is confirmed until your team acknowledges it.

We accept requests across the U.S. Crew availability, travel, timing, and final scope are confirmed for each project.

Need a Hand?

Send your project name and what you need. We aim to reply within two business days.

Sign-In or Submission Trouble?

If an invitation has expired, ask your manager for a new private link. If a submission fails, keep your draft open and try again after the connection returns.

For sign-in help, include the email you use for Studio. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment details.
