Your confirmed quote sets the details. Existing signed retainer agreements keep their terms.
Your Scope and Quote
Photography starts at $599, a content session at $1,999, and a brand film at $2,499. These are starting estimates. Your team confirms the deliverables, location, travel, schedule, usage rights, and final price before booking. Submitting a brief is not a booking or payment.
We accept nationwide requests and confirm crew availability for your location and dates. Delivery timing is agreed in the quote; time awaiting required information or client feedback can affect the schedule.
Revisions and Changes
Standard packages include one consolidated revision round unless your quote says otherwise. Share your feedback together against the current version. Additional deliverables, a new concept, reshoots, or other extra scope are quoted for approval before that work begins.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
Rescheduling is subject to crew availability. We confirm any previously committed costs and the revised date with you before accepting the change.
For cancellations, unearned fees are refundable after deducting previously agreed, documented nonrecoverable costs. Contact your manager to review the work already performed and any committed expenses. Any different terms must be stated in your confirmed project agreement.
Files and Usage Rights
Your quote specifies the deliverables and permitted usage, including any music, stock, or talent restrictions. Raw footage and editable project files are included only when the quote says so. Third-party licensed material remains subject to its license.
